What are Xsentr1q's online payment options?

Xsentr1q accepts payment by valid Credit Cards ­ Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as Paypal.

Payment by Cash, Cheque, money orders, CODs or EFTPOS is unavailable.

Delivery

Australian Deliveries
Express delivery service within Australia. Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 3-­4 working days to all capital cities and within 10 working days for places outside of the capital cities. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.Australia post express delivery service to all capital cities. May take longer outside capital cities but within 3-­4 days.

International Deliveries
Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 21 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.

Late Deliveries
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time frame specified please contact Xsentr1q by email at danny@xsentr1q.com.au.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Refund/Exchange
At Xsentr1q we are sure you will be happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us by email at danny@xsentr1q.com.au stating your name, delivery address and order details . You will be provided with a Refund form and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your gloves back. If you wish to exchange your gloves please contact us and we can issue you with an online gift voucher instead of a refund once you send your gloves back.

Returns Policy & Process
At Xsentr1q we take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). Please allow 10 days (within Australia) and 28 days (for International purchases) from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or online credit to be issued.

Customised Items
We are unable to accept returns on items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination. Please choose your customisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them. We will not accept returns of customised items if prior to, during or after the customisation process a player changes their mind.

Faulty Items
Items will be inspected by us and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Xsentr1q will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for a refund under this return type.

If You Change Your Mind
Xsentr1q is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customised, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition, which includes maintaining the box in it's original condition. Xsentr1q will refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.

Incorrect Size
You will need to return the incorrectly sized item and ask for an online voucher in order to purchase the correct size. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your required size will be available.

Incorrect Glove Style
Xsentr1q will cover the return delivery charges if the glove style you received is not what you initially purchased.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your Xsentr1q tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
